We close on the 20th Dec orders by 12 noon will be dispatched, we reopen 30th Dec

During this period both the manufacturing factory and our customer services are both closed

Our beds are hand made by our superb team of machinists in the UK, they work very hard all year and to show our appreciation at Christmas we always give them a slightly longer break to enjoy with their families, we trust you will understand that you may have to wait a little longer than our normal delivery time for your order to arrive.

 

You can continue to order during our Christmas shutdown, all orders submitted will be made and dispatched as quickly as possible on our return. We have already booked our staff in for extra overtime to quickly catch up with the orders.

 

Please Note: Do not send any returned items back for delivery during this period as our factory is closed and we will be unable to accept them, we will allow an extra 10 days to our terms and conditions for returns to allow for our Christmas shut down period.
